When looking for a therapist, it is important to ensure that they have sufficient and appropriate qualifications, and that they are accredited by a reputable governing body, to ensure accountability and best practice. I hold an MA and Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and am accredited by the UKCP and registered with the BACP. My details and credentials can be confirmed on their websites.
